I had a fruit smoothie for breakfast with eggs and peppers and had a subway sandwhich cold cut on wheat with lettuce pickles banana peppers and light mayo... I ate at 11 and am still not hungry. I bought cookies and didn't eat them because it was habit to buy them. Then I went on break and bought a candy bar and didn't eat it cause i had forgotten I was on a diet until I was getting ready to clock in. Saved by the time clock!!! LOL!!!!! STAY STRONG PEOPLE~~~ . I feel like crap and everything makes me emotional..... i need motivation to go out and start working out but I really do not feel motivated and am being fat and lazy. i guess thats why i get so emotional! please help.... however i did get one of those shake weights for arm flab and it really does work. At first good luck going past 2 minutes without your arm hurting. . I'm only going to eat natural things, Starting with fruit in the morning for breakfast or granola cereal, then a salad for lunch, and a home made meal for dinner with 2 snacks in between! I'm also going to do these workouts I found on the internet www.bodyrock.tv they're pretty intense but they're short and I think they're just what I need. Wish me luck!.
