  1. Go for a 10 minute walk 3 days a week

  2. Drink COLD water instead of soft drinks.

  3. Enjoy Your food more by chewing it 20 times

  4. Recognize it took a while to gain weight: it will take a while to lose it.

  5. Eliminate sugar from your diet, that stuff is EVIL, and you know what I'm talking about.

  6. Find somebody you know that lost weight and ask them how they did it.

The six steps above have helped me personaly go from 240 pounds to 180 without any much effort.
